C. Tangana has returned to rap with "Milko Freestyle," a new track produced by KevD and Jambo. The Spanish artist reflects on the death of a close friend and collaborator named Milkman, the birth of his son, and the unexpected turns his career has taken since releasing El Madrileño in 2021.

In the song, Tangana recalls traveling to Mexico as his friend was dying. He also addresses criticism from fellow rappers, financial losses from touring, and his complicated relationship with the music industry.

The release comes as Tangana prepares to reunite with Agorazein, the Madrid rap collective that launched his career. The group includes Sticky M.A., Jerv.AGZ, I-Ace, and Fabianni. They will perform four concerts at Madrid's Movistar Arena from November 15 through 18, marking the 10th anniversary of their 2016 album Siempre.

El Madrileño marked a major departure from Tangana's rap beginnings by embracing traditional Spanish and Latin American sounds.
